The Interagency Home Finance Cooperative (”IHFC”) is an Instrumentality of Government as defined under Federal and Internal Revenue Service guidelines.

The IHFC is a Internal Revenue Service Section 115 Entity established to conduct business on a national basis. Members must be Federal, local or state government housing agencies or a tribal housing agency.
